What you’ll bring:
- Active BCBA certification
- Prior experience working in schools or with school-aged children, preferably across various grade levels
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Expertise in developing and implementing behavior support plans

- Knowledge of current best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data to inform individualized plans
- Design and oversee implementation of targeted behavioral interventions
- Train and support teaching staff and paraprofessionals in ABA strategies
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure consistent support
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and communicate findings to educational stakeholders
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes student growth and achievement
