What you’ll bring:

• Active BCBA certification
• Prior experience working in schools or with school-aged children, preferably across various grade levels
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of current best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data to inform individualized plans
• Design and oversee implementation of targeted behavioral interventions
• Train and support teaching staff and paraprofessionals in ABA strategies
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure consistent support
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and communicate findings to educational stakeholders
