Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans, especially within school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals and other staff
• Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and interpret assessment data
• Provide consultation and training for teachers, staff, and families to promote effective implementation of interventions
• Supervise and support implementation of ABA techniques
• Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to maximize student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a behavioral resource to the school community
