Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Soliant is currently hiring a contracted Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in the New Castle, Delaware area

Qualification Requirements:

·         Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analyst

·         BCBA Certificate that’s active and in good standing

·         School-based experience preferred

Description:

·         2026/2027 School Year

·         08/24/2026 – 06/16/2027

·         Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

·         Multiple openings

• 4x Autism Program
• 3x Early Years Program/PreK
• The role will focus on providing behavioral oversight, program development and direct support for students with moderate to severe cognitive needs.

·         Hourly pay: $48.50+ per hour
