• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• In-depth knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and best practices
• Ability to create and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and consultation skills for working with educators, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ behavioral and learning needs using evidence-based methodologies
• Design individualized intervention plans and lead their implementation across school settings
• Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training for teachers and paraprofessionals
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams to ensure collaborative service delivery
• Monitor and document students’ progress, adapting plans as necessary
• Maintain detailed, compliant records and reports
