- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ behavioral and learning needs using evidence-based methodologies
- Design individualized intervention plans and lead their implementation across school settings
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training for teachers and paraprofessionals
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to ensure collaborative service delivery
- Monitor and document students’ progress, adapting plans as necessary
- Maintain detailed, compliant records and reports
