Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification, in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in educational settings
  • Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Strong skills in developing and monitoring individualized intervention plans
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff, students, and families
  • Detail-oriented with robust documentation and reporting capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs by conducting FBAs and collecting behavioral data
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Deliver guidance and training to teachers, support staff, and parents in ABA strategies and best practices
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and ethical guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in behavioral programming
