Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification, in good standing
- Demonstrated experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in educational settings
- Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Strong skills in developing and monitoring individualized intervention plans
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff, students, and families
- Detail-oriented with robust documentation and reporting capabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs by conducting FBAs and collecting behavioral data
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver guidance and training to teachers, support staff, and parents in ABA strategies and best practices
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and ethical guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in behavioral programming
