Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | New Market, Maryland

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA licensure is required
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge working in educational settings, especially with students exhibiting challenging behaviors
• Background supporting interventions in structured, therapeutic classrooms
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic student and program needs
• Clear communication and documentation abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality behavioral analysis services within the Pyramid Program
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and provide data-driven recommendations
• Provide ongoing consultation and training to school staff and families
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings, sometimes held after school hours
• Participate in shadowing and transition activities prior to assuming full responsibilities in December
