Board Certified Behavior Analyst - New Rochelle, NY

Shape the future of student success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a vibrant school environment near New Rochelle, NY for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity allows for either part-time or full-time engagement, serving students in grades 7-12 (up to age 22). The position runs from September 8, 2026, through June 25, 2027, with hours set for Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm and a 30-minute lunch break.

In this onsite role, you'll play a pivotal part by directly supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), directing the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing expert behavioral support within the school setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and completion of the required 8-hour supervision training (Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) may also be considered)
• Previous experience within a school setting is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting students with varied behavioral needs in educational environments
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, especially in mentoring and supervising staff
• Committed to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor RBTs, ensuring compliance and high standards of ABA service delivery
• Develop, implement, and monitor individual Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ functional and academic growth
• Maintain thorough records, collect and analyze behavioral data, and provide comprehensive reports as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning for student success
