Board Certified Behavior Analyst - New Rochelle, NY

Step into a rewarding contract position for the 2026-2027 academic year, dedicated to supporting students in grades 7-12 (up to age 22) as a BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst. This onsite opportunity offers flexible part-time or full-time options, with a school schedule running Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., including a daily 30-minute lunch break.

In this impactful role, you'll provide expert supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and manage Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collaborating closely with educational staff for optimal student success. Your skills in behavioral analysis will play a crucial part in creating supportive and effective learning environments for adolescents and young adults.

Key Qualifications & Background:

• BCBA certification with completed 8-hour supervision training, or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Prior experience working within school environments is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in supervising RBTs and designing/implementing BIPs
• Proven ability to support students with diverse behavioral needs in secondary education settings
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with school teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of effective behavioral interventions and supports
• Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Develop, monitor, and revise BIPs tailored to individual student needs
• Conduct observations and assessments to inform ongoing recommendations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
