Make a meaningful impact working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a local school program near New Rochelle, NY for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite, part-time contract position serves students in grades 7-12 (up to age 22), providing essential support and supervision to staff and students.
In this role, you’ll work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30am–3pm (with a 30-minute lunch break), from September 8, 2026, through June 25, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification, in good standing
- Completion of the required 8-hour supervision training
- Prior experience working within a school environment is preferred
- Comfortable supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and developing/monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support RBTs to ensure implementation of best practices
- Develop, monitor, and revise BIPs to benefit student learning and behavior outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and related service providers
- Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students and staff within the school
