Key Qualifications:
- Valid DE BCBA Certification (Application must include certification documentation and resume)
- Experience working in school-based or educational settings preferred
- Strong skills in conducting behavioral assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing staff consultation
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Confidence in supporting paraprofessional interviews and site-specific assignments
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct BCBA services across 2-3 designated school sites for the full academic year
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavioral intervention plans for identified students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to ensure effective plan implementation
- Lead interviews for paraprofessional candidates within assigned schools
- Deliver ongoing professional development and monitoring to ensure intervention fidelity
- Maintain thorough documentation and data collection to monitor student progress and program effectiveness
This position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with 37.5 hours per week, spanning the school year from late August through early June. You’ll engage in meaningful collaboration and possess the autonomy to shape impactful practices across multiple sites.
