Embrace the opportunity to make a lasting impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting multiple school-based programs focused on students with moderate to severe cognitive needs. This contract role centers around providing expert behavioral support and programming for both Autism and Early Years/PreK programs. Hours run full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday), with the assignment spanning from August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027. On-site presence is required throughout the duration of the contract.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active BCBA certification required (please provide verification or snapshot of your cert upon applying)
- Strongly preferred: Prior experience in a school setting, especially working with Autism and early childhood populations
- Demonstrated understanding of functional behavioral assessment, program development, and data-driven behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Comfortable working exclusively on site to support staff and students directly
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral oversight and support to both Autism and Early Years/PreK programs
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans for students with diverse behavioral needs
- Conduct functional assessments and use evidence-based practices to inform behavior supports
- Train and collaborate with educators, aides, and other staff on best practices in student behavior management
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
