Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within school environments
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills for developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans
  • Effective communicator, capable of training staff and collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Adept at providing direct and consultative ABA services to students from a wide age and ability range
  • Familiarity with data collection systems and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom culture

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and design Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) related to behavioral goals
  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention strategies
  • Deliver 1:1 and group-based supports, with ongoing adjustment based on progress monitoring
  • Train and mentor school staff and families on evidence-based ABA techniques
  • Consult with teachers and staff, promoting best practices in classroom management
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to inform interventions and ensure program fidelity
  • Remain up-to-date on regulations, ethical guidelines, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
