What You'll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, school support staff, and families to implement data-driven strategies.
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students across various grade levels.
  • Guide and train teachers, paraprofessionals, and other team members in behavior management best practices.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting.
  • Remain up-to-date with best practices and stay current in the field of applied behavior analysis.

What You Bring:

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a school or educational environment is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of positive behavioral supports and ABA principles.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs.
