Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time | Newark, DE

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in Newark, Delaware. We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting students and collaborating with teachers, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and special education teams to promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes.

Position Details:

* Location: Newark, DE
* Schedule: Full-Time
* Setting: School-Based
* Caseload: All Grade Levels
* Onsite position

Responsibilities:

* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and assist with developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
* Implement and monitor individualized behavioral programs
* Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate student progress
* Provide direct behavioral support to students when needed
* Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs and paraprofessionals
* Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
* Provide staff training and recommendations on ABA strategies and behavioral interventions
* Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed

Requirements:

* Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
* School-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of ABA principles, FBAs, BIPs, and data-driven interventions
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
* Must meet all applicable Delaware and district credentialing requirements
