Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans within educational or pediatric environments
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of students across various age groups
  • Proven organizational skills to manage caseload and maintain accurate records

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify students’ needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design and deliver appropriate interventions
  • Offer professional development and training to school staff on best practices in behavior management and intervention techniques
  • Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and ongoing case reviews to provide behavioral expertise
  • Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and progress monitoring
