Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Previous experience working in educational or school settings highly desirable
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans, assessment, and data analysis
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and monitor individualized programs supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and use evidence-based strategies to design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to facilitate effective interventions
• Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to school personnel on best practices for behavior management and data collection
• Monitor student progress, make data-driven adjustments, and participate in team meetings to share insights and recommendations
• Engage families and caregivers as partners in supporting student behavioral and academic goals
