A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work onsite in Newark, NJ within a school setting. This contract position runs from September 5, 2025, through June 11, 2026, with a work schedule of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 2-3 classrooms, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs. The BCBA will collaborate closely with the education team, including special education teachers, related service providers, and school administrators, to ensure that applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles are consistently and effectively implemented across the program.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Proven experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in a school setting
  • Strong consultation skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Ability to manage and support 2-3 classroom caseloads effectively
  • Knowledge of special education practices and related service provision
