Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Previous experience in educational or clinical settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Understanding of individualized student needs
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Available to begin ASAP and commit through late December

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop effective intervention strategies
  • Consult with educators and participate in IEP/child study team meetings
  • Provide training and support for school staff on behavior strategies
  • Closely monitor student progress, maintaining thorough records and documentation
  • Deliver direct services to students in alignment with district policies and best practices
  • Stay engaged with ongoing staff communication and professional development
