Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents
• Thorough understanding of functional behavior assessments and development of behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to ethical, professional practice as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students with unique behavioral and learning needs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide interventions
• Coach and consult with teachers and support staff on best practices and proactive behavioral supports
• Facilitate training sessions for school personnel related to behavioral strategies and data collection methods
• Maintain ongoing documentation, progress notes, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Remain current on the latest developments and research in applied behavior analysis
