This assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through December 23rd, providing direct 1:1 support for students and guidance to teachers and aides. What we’re seeking:

  • Active BCBA certification with experience in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Confidence in providing individualized behavioral interventions
  • Strong communication and consulting skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to create and oversee behavior intervention plans and model best practices
  • Previous experience training staff or facilitating group workshops preferred
  • Adaptability to changing caseloads and school needs
  • Commitment to supporting both short-term and possible maternity leave openings

Role responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral analysis and intervention for students with diverse needs
  • Consult with teachers to recommend and implement evidence-based classroom strategies
  • Develop, review, and revise behavioral plans as needed
  • Lead training sessions for teachers and aides to boost confidence and technique
  • Monitor progress and adjust approaches to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with school team members
