Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team in the White Bear Lake, MN area and provide behavioral support to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct FBAs and analyze behavioral data
• Provide behavioral support and consultation to students and school staff
• Train and support Behavior Technicians and paraprofessionals
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
