Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation and direct support to educational teams, students, and families to support positive behavioral changes
• Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and functional analysis
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Lead professional development sessions to build staff capacity in behavior management
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory policies
• Present findings and updates to instructional leaders and stakeholders, including Chelsea and Jordan

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate complex behavioral data and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Able to work 1-2 days per week (part-time contract)
• Team-oriented, with a flexible approach and problem-solving mindset
