Licensed Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Newell, NC

Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to the next level in a dynamic, school-based contract role supporting students from elementary through high school. Enjoy a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, working directly on-site with staff and students to foster positive behavioral outcomes and make a genuine impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification required
• Hold current licensure for practice
• Experience with school-aged or pediatric populations highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a team setting
• Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs
• Develop and implement targeted Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide expert consultation and hands-on coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Continuously monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Serve as a collaborative member of IEP teams—engaging in meetings to ensure successful plan integration
• Adjust strategies as needed, responding to the unique caseload and priorities of each district
