Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Valid license (as applicable state requirements)
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and organization
  • Ability to work with a diverse student population across grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students
  • Develop and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, participate in meetings, and contribute essential behavioral insights
  • Provide consultation, modeling, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Perform ongoing student progress monitoring, collect and analyze behavior data, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Adjust behavior strategies based on student needs and district requirements
