Are you a BCBA ready to take your expertise on the road? Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Travel School BCBA to join our team in Newton, MA. This opportunity allows you to expand your clinical experience while making a meaningful difference in students’ behavioral and academic success.

Job Description:
As a Travel School BCBA, you will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to design and implement effective behavioral interventions. Your work will directly support students in developing positive behaviors and achieving their educational goals in structured, supportive environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, staff, and families.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track student progress.
• Support IEP development and participate in team meetings.
• Train school staff on behavior strategies and interventions.
• Promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes for students.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Passion for improving student outcomes through behavior support.
