Exciting contract opportunity available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting for the upcoming academic year. This rewarding position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, starting August 10th, 2026, and concluding June 4th, 2027. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle caseload and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ behavioral needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to integrate strategies effectively into daily routines
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven recommendations
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance for school personnel and families implementing ABA strategies
  • Monitor efficacy of interventions, making adjustments as necessary to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
