This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with teams, support student progress, and help build a nurturing, productive school environment. The position runs from August 24, 2026, to May 29, 2027, with a consistent daily schedule from 8:00am to 3:30pm, totaling 35 hours per week. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of 10-15 students and serve as a valued resource for both students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ABA strategies in school settings
  • Background in staff training—teachers and paraprofessionals—on behavior intervention and management
  • Strong analytical skills in reviewing and utilizing behavioral data
  • Confidence in providing real-time feedback and modeling strategies in classroom settings
  • Team-oriented approach and adaptability, especially supporting classrooms during staff shortages

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing behavior analytic support across 5 classrooms
  • Coach and train school staff on ABA practices to address behavioral needs
  • Work hands-on with staff to reinforce positive behaviors, de-escalate situations, and maintain supportive environments
  • Lead and model strategies in real time, followed by email guidance for sustaining learned practices
  • Step in as classroom support when instructional coverage is needed
  • Offer PD (Professional Development) training sessions covering data collection, behavior management, and implementation of visual aids
