Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
- Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning

- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Serve as a consultant and resource for school staff on best practices in behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making
- Train and support paraeducators and teachers in implementing intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide ongoing parent and staff training as needed
