Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support 5 classrooms, serving a caseload of 10–15 students
• Deliver hands-on staff training in ABA, both in real time and through follow-up communication
• Model interventions, focusing on reducing challenging behaviors and increasing positive behaviors via data analysis
• Provide classroom support, especially during staffing shortages
• Lead professional development for teachers and paraprofessionals in data collection, behavior management, and visual supports
