Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience in educational, clinical, or consultative settings preferred
- Strong understanding of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks (Tier I/II/III)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple buildings
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a behavioral coach and consultant to IEP teams and school staff
- Guide the completion of FBA/BIPs and behavioral support plans
- Deliver targeted training and ongoing support within the MTSS behavioral model
- Collaborate with a lead BCBA and district administrators to drive system-wide behavioral initiatives
- Support staff to implement proactive, evidence-based approaches in classrooms
