Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience in educational, clinical, or consultative settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks (Tier I/II/III)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple buildings

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a behavioral coach and consultant to IEP teams and school staff
• Guide the completion of FBA/BIPs and behavioral support plans
• Deliver targeted training and ongoing support within the MTSS behavioral model
• Collaborate with a lead BCBA and district administrators to drive system-wide behavioral initiatives
