Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience working in educational settings, especially K-12, highly valued
- Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment/intervention plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to train and support school staff and families in behavioral strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff to integrate behavioral supports in classrooms
- Facilitate training and consultation for school personnel and family members
- Analyze data and track progress to modify interventions as needed
