This full-time contract position begins August 24, 2026, with the potential for orientation in July to ensure a smooth transition for the upcoming school year. You’ll make a real difference for a campus of 14 students, each benefiting from your expertise in behavior analysis.

In this impactful role, you will:

  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding their daily practices and professional growth
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Develop and implement programs targeting physical aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors
  • Create visual supports and engaging materials for staff training sessions to enhance team skillsets
  • Collaborate with educational staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies based on student needs
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification is required
  • At least four days of on-site availability each week
  • Experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviors preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with LBS certification will also be considered
