You’ll play a central role in shaping positive outcomes by:

• Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Implementing evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans
• Creating engaging visuals for staff training sessions
• Providing direct support for students exhibiting behaviors such as physical aggression, elopement, and self-injury

Ideal qualifications and background include:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs and working in school settings preferred
• Comfort with challenging behaviors and positive behavioral support strategies
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with staff and administration
