Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Norristown, Pennsylvania

Step into an impactful contract assignment supporting students and colleagues as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity is located in West Chester, PA, easily accessible from Norristown and surrounding areas. You’ll provide leave coverage for a staff BCBA as part of a dynamic behavioral team in a specialized educational setting serving students with Level III Autism.

You’ll collaborate closely with three other BCBAs and clinical coordinators to enhance student outcomes and staff growth. Join a program supporting approximately 67 students across 15 classrooms, where every student has a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze classroom data, maintaining meticulous records.
• Observe, coach, and support students within a structured program.
• Interface with the campus crisis response team to implement intervention strategies.
• Consult and collaborate with fellow BCBAs, clinical coordinators, and teaching staff.
• Offer ongoing professional guidance to staff, facilitating robust behavioral support.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Experience conducting FBAs in a school or clinical setting.
• Strong skills in team collaboration, staff training, and behavioral data collection.
• Proven ability supporting students with Level III Autism or similar intensive needs.
• Availability to work up to 30 hours weekly during the school year.
