Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential required
- Prior experience working in K-6 educational settings strongly preferred
- Expertise in functional behavior assessments and the development of behavior intervention plans
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Availability to work full time from January through March 2027
What You'll Do:
- Provide behavioral consultation and support in two elementary schools
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Coach and collaborate with special education and general education professionals
- If BCBA-certified, provide supervision and ongoing support for RBTs working throughout nearby schools
- Maintain accurate case notes and submit required documentation in a timely manner
- Serve as a resource for behavioral best practices, supporting school-wide positive behavior programs
