Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Norristown, PA

As a skilled BCBA or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), you’ll collaborate with staff and families to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and promote student growth.

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or valid Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential
• Current PDE (Pennsylvania Department of Education) clearances
• Demonstrated experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents
• Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students in need of behavioral support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, staff, and caregivers
• Train and support school personnel in the delivery of positive behavioral interventions and supports
• Maintain accurate data collection, monitoring, and reporting as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate recommendations effectively
