Required Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (LBS candidates may also be considered)
  • Previous experience in school, clinical, or similar settings preferred
  • Availability for full-time hours (30+ hours/week), with work on at least four days per week
  • Comfort and expertise working with students who display physical aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and create visual supports for staff training
  • Maintain daily program from 8:00am – 3:00pm at a 14-student campus
  • Participate in orientation sessions (potentially in July) for a smooth start in August
