Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (LBS candidates may also be considered)
• Previous experience working with students exhibiting physical aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors
• Strong ability to supervise, train, and develop paraprofessional staff
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide RBTs in daily programming
• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Create engaging visuals and materials for staff training sessions
• Support a 14-student campus with a focus on safety and positive outcomes
• Commit to a consistent M–F, 8:00–3:00 schedule (at least 4 days/week)
• Attend orientation in July for a smooth transition
