Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | North Aurora, Illinois

Key qualifications to succeed in this role include:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed School Psychologist
• Experience working in school-based settings, with knowledge of IEP process and behavior intervention planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to analyze data and create effective, evidence-based interventions
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic educational environments

Your responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting assessments and functional behavior analyses
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Providing direct support and consultation for teachers and school staff
• Participating in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and multidisciplinary teams
• Delivering training and professional development for educators on behavioral best practices
• Promoting positive behavior supports and mental wellness on campus
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
