Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a BCBA or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience delivering behavioral assessments and/or psychoeducational evaluations in school settings
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting student data and developing individualized intervention plans
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to collaborate with educators, families, and students
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral and/or psychoeducational assessments to inform individualized student plans
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans or psychological services
• Consult with teachers, families, and other team members to ensure strategies are implemented effectively
• Provide crisis intervention and data-driven recommendations for student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with special education regulations
• Document services, progress, and outcomes according to agency and legal standards
