Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a BCBA or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience delivering behavioral assessments and/or psychoeducational evaluations in school settings
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting student data and developing individualized intervention plans
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to collaborate with educators, families, and students
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral and/or psychoeducational assessments to inform individualized student plans
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans or psychological services
- Consult with teachers, families, and other team members to ensure strategies are implemented effectively
- Provide crisis intervention and data-driven recommendations for student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with special education regulations
- Document services, progress, and outcomes according to agency and legal standards
