Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and behavior plan development
• Ability to provide both supervision and direct services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise ABA support staff to ensure high-quality therapeutic interventions
• Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Write thorough reports documenting recommendations and measurable outcomes
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Serve as a resource for educators and families, promoting understanding of behavioral interventions
