Take the next step in your BCBA career with a rewarding contract position supporting students in both elementary and middle school grades (K-8). This role offers a dynamic school-based environment, working across two locations situated close to one another, for an engaging and varied workday.

You will oversee a caseload of about 40 students, with smaller groups of 5-6 per classroom, ensuring each child receives targeted, effective behavioral support. A collaborative setting awaits—work alongside two dedicated school social workers, experienced special education teachers, and a team of both Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention planning
  • Ability to train and provide ongoing consultation to BTs/RBTs
  • Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

  • Train BTs and RBTs in evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop data-driven recommendations
