Join a dynamic and collaborative educational team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K–12 students across diverse school settings. Flexible scheduling options are available, including both full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time opportunities, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. The assignment runs from August 3, 2026 through May 21, 2027, providing consistency and the opportunity to see long-term student progress and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes and inclusive learning environments
  • Provide direct behavioral services and consultation within general and special education programs
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret student data to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Train and support school personnel in evidence-based behavioral techniques and classroom management strategies

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
  • Previous experience working in K–12 school settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for supporting student growth, achievement, and behavioral success
