Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (active and in good standing)
- Experience working within school settings, ideally with therapeutic or social-emotional programming
- Comfort with K-8 populations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educational and clinical staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to K-8 students across two closely located schools
- Oversee a caseload of 40 students, supporting classrooms of 5-6 students each
- Train behavior technicians (BTs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and consultations
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team (no 1:1 direct student counseling required)
- Contribute to students’ successful transitions to general education settings
