We are seeking a motivated BCBA (full-time or part-time) for the 2026-2027 school year in the area near North Little Rock and Bryant, Arkansas. This contract opportunity allows you to have a direct impact on students’ progress and well-being in a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and current BCBA certification and state licensure
  • Past experience providing behavioral analysis and intervention in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional assessments
  • Dedicated to fostering student success and creating positive learning spaces

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement effective behavior intervention programs for students
  • Conduct assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
  • Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, staff, and families
  • Train school personnel on reinforcement strategies, data collection, and intervention implementation
  • Track student data, monitor progress, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Attend IEP meetings and participate in developing student goals and accommodations
