Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current BCBA certification
• Active state license as required for behavioral analysis practice
• Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
• Skilled in developing and implementing effective behavioral interventions
• Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partnering with educators, students, and families
• Adaptable and resourceful, able to work across elementary, middle, and high school populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide guidance and training to teachers, staff, and families regarding best practices in behavioral management
• Collaborate with educational teams to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure plan effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments
• Attend and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
