Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • State license as a Behavior Analyst or eligible for licensure
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Strong skills in training, coaching, and mentoring school staff
  • Proficiency conducting assessments and interpreting behavioral data
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and assess individual behavior intervention plans tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to provide instructional and behavioral support
  • Train and coach school personnel on best practices in behavior management
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), analyze data, and monitor intervention effectiveness
  • Ensure timely documentation and compliance with all relevant guidelines
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
  • Advocate for positive behavioral supports and inclusive educational environments
