What We’re Seeking:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; active and in good standing
• Valid state licensure required
• Experience supporting elementary, middle, and/or high school populations
• Comfort conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and leading school-based behavior support initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to partner effectively with school staff and families
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and functional analyses for K-12 students
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans
• Collaborate with school psychologists, teachers, and related service providers to create supportive educational environments
• Provide staff training on behavioral strategies, data collection, and intervention fidelity
• Engage with families to promote continuity of support between school and home
• Monitor student progress, adjust plans as needed, and participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral expert
