Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Current state license, in good standing
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Familiarity with creating and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other team members to support student success
• Provide staff training and support to ensure fidelity of BIP implementation
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and plan for needed changes
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for behavioral supports
• Serve as a resource for families, answering questions and guiding them through interventions
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines and documentation requirements
