Step into an impactful role supporting students’ behavioral and educational success within a dynamic educational environment. This opportunity offers a full-time contract position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing vital behavioral services across K-12 grade levels for roughly 50–75 students, with focused, intensive support for 8–15 high-need cases. The assignment covers the academic year, running from August 10, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with standard hours from 8 AM to 4 PM each weekday.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Demonstrated experience in educational, behavioral, or school-based settings is preferred
  • Proficient in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing data-driven support plans
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt approaches to students with varying needs
  • Dedication to maintaining ethical and professional standards at all times

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite behavioral analysis services to student groups and individuals as assigned
  • Conduct thorough FBAs, interpreting data to inform the creation and monitoring of effective behavior intervention plans
  • Support, train, and consult with educational staff and caregivers on best practices and intervention strategies
  • Maintain documentation and progress monitoring compliant with educational and ethical guidelines
  • Collaboratively problem-solve with interdisciplinary teams to support each student’s success and promote positive behavioral change
