This full-time, onsite contract opportunity allows you to make a significant impact, collaborating closely with educators and other professionals to develop and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for a diverse caseload. The assignment runs from August 10, 2026, through June 4, 2027.
What You'll Bring:
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing targeted behavior intervention plans
- Strong expertise in delivering behavior support across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
- Proven ability to manage a large, varied caseload—supporting approximately 50–75 students, with a focus on 8–15 intensive behavior cases
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills when working with students, teachers, and families
- Commitment to best practices, ethical standards, and maintaining student confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assess students’ behavioral needs; conduct FBAs and implement individualized support plans
- Lead the behavior intervention process, providing guidance and training to school staff
- Consult with school teams to address complex student behaviors and offer data-driven recommendations
- Monitor student progress, making timely adjustments to interventions as needed
- Serve as a problem-solver and advocate, helping ensure every student receives the behavioral support needed to thrive
