A dynamic school district is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and staff for the upcoming school year. This is an exciting opportunity to build a new BCBA program from the ground up, fostering collaboration and driving positive outcomes. You’ll work across three school sites throughout the district, collaborating closely with general and special education teams, as well as other core support staff.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Skilled at providing direct student services and conducting effective classroom observations
  • Ability to work with both general and special education populations across multiple campuses
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with psychologists, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preparing concise, actionable reports
  • Required: Please be prepared to submit a redacted FBA sample and provide professional references during the application process

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral services to students across three district school sites
  • Conduct observations throughout the district, including emotional support classrooms
  • Develop and monitor behavior plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Conduct FBAs and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Serve as a collaborative partner with teachers and school psychologists to promote best practices in behavior management
  • Travel between school sites as needed within a full-time onsite schedule
