Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Northampton, PA

Embark on a rewarding opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students for the 2026–2027 school year. In this full-time, onsite contract role, you’ll be the district’s pioneering BCBA, working collaboratively with educators, school psychologists, and support staff across multiple campuses. Your data-driven approach will help shape the district’s behavioral support services, making a meaningful impact from day one.

Key Qualifications:

• Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience in both general and special education settings preferred
• Strong data collection and behavioral analysis skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Previous school-based experience is highly valued
• Availability for full-time, onsite work across three district school sites
• Willingness to provide a redacted FBA sample and references upon submission

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior analysis and intervention services to students at all district sites
• Conduct observations in various settings, including emotional support classrooms
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Participate as an active member in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student success
• Collaborate regularly with teachers and school psychologists to build understanding and consistency in implementing behavior supports district-wide
• Serve as the foundational resource for behavior analytic practices within the district
