Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with K–12 students in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention, and data-driven programming
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $50+ per hour, based on experience

Position Details

• Full-time BCBA opportunity supporting a K–12 caseload
• School-based position in Northbrook
• Provide behavioral support and consultation to students and staff
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior programs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
• Ready to interview ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide behavioral consultation and support
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
• Train and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
• Maintain accurate documentation
