An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst eager to make a meaningful impact in an elementary school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time position offers the chance to work collaboratively with students, educators, and support staff in a supportive environment near Norwalk, CT.

From August 24, 2026, through June 24, 2027, you’ll serve a caseload of 10-15 elementary students, ranging from PreK through 5th grade. Your expertise will play a key role in supporting individual learners and providing guidance for the elementary behavior class, working to foster positive behaviors and student success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Prior experience providing ABA services in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators
  • Expertise in designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and consult with staff on behavioral strategies
  • Commitment to professional standards, ethical practices, and ongoing learning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral services for PreK-5th grade students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Support staff with strategies for classroom management and individualized student needs
  • Collect and analyze data to assess student progress and modify interventions
  • Lead training for school personnel regarding behavioral support techniques
  • Collaborate with IEP teams and contribute to student evaluation processes
