A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school setting in Norwalk, CT. This role focuses on implementing behavior analysis interventions to support student success and promote positive outcomes in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to guide treatment planning
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure coordinated support for students
- Train and supervise staff in the use of behavior analysis techniques and data collection methods
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and ethical standards
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions
