Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience delivering behavioral services in schools or similar settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and support school staff and families in implementing interventions
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs and develop effective, individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to ensure consistency and support
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Conduct staff training on ABA techniques and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, assessments, and progress tracking
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when required
