Key Qualifications:
- Current and active BCBA certification
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral analysis services, preferably within school environments
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop data-driven intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
- Provide consultation, training, and support to educators and family members on ABA strategies
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of interventions using data
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as required
- Support the creation of a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Stay current with best practices and developments in behavioral analysis in educational contexts
