Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Norwalk, CT

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active BCBA certification
• Demonstrated experience providing behavioral analysis services, preferably within school environments
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop data-driven intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
• Provide consultation, training, and support to educators and family members on ABA strategies
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of interventions using data
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as required
• Support the creation of a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Stay current with best practices and developments in behavioral analysis in educational contexts
