Position Details:

  • Assignment dates: July 7 – July 30 (Mondays-Thursdays, no Fridays)
  • Daily hours: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • Caseload: Pre-K through 8th grade, providing essential behavioral support and interventions
  • Environment: Collaborative school setting focused on student success and well-being
  • Potential for contract renewal

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working in schools is essential
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based intervention strategies and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Capable of developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior plans

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create tailored behavioral intervention plans
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student progress
  • Train and support school staff in implementing behavior management strategies
  • Monitor and document student outcomes, making data-informed adjustments as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students across Pre-K-8th grades
