An exciting opportunity awaits for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) interested in supporting students throughout the K-12 range. This full-time contract position runs from August 2026 through June 2027, providing services during regular school hours (Monday through Friday, 35-37.5 hours weekly). The role is based in a vibrant school community near Norwich, CT.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong abilities in functional behavior assessments and creating effective behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultative skills
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform individualized student plans
  • Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavioral interventions for students with diverse needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to provide support and guidance
  • Provide direct services as well as consultation and coaching to staff as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and legal requirements
