Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland
• National BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) credential
• Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Strong background collaborating with IEP teams and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs for students in an intensive needs program
• Partner with IEP teams to develop, implement, and train staff on BIPs
• Oversee fidelity and data collection of BIP implementation
• Maintain timely documentation and actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings
