Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland
- National BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) credential
- Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
- Strong background collaborating with IEP teams and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs for students in an intensive needs program
- Partner with IEP teams to develop, implement, and train staff on BIPs
- Oversee fidelity and data collection of BIP implementation
- Maintain timely documentation and actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings
